I never thought I would work in “Customer Support”.
Then again(despite being told otherwise), I never thought I would be able to teach myself to design, learn to code or wake up every morning only to shuffle along a few feet to home office, coffee in hand, and start my day feeling happy and excited to be working with the greatest team at the best company ever. I am so thankful.
Working in a support position can be tough at times. But, on the days when you get a reply from a customer similar to:
“Thank you very much for your help! I used the code provided and it worked perfectly. 🙂”
There is not much else that can beat that.
